Spend a glorious morning out foraging and learning about fermenting, with local foraging expert, Head Chef and Founder of Versa - Pippa Lovell.
The morning will start with an introduction to foraging out and about led by Pippa. After this you will then head back to The Children’s Centre at Wallberry Farm to enjoy a lunch prepared by Pippa using foraged and local ingredients with a sweet treat to end. Following on from the delicious lunch Pippa will teach you the principles of the fermentation process and share her knowledge to help you get the most from your foraged finds.
All funds raised from this workshop will go directly to help provide our charitable services for children and families on the island.
