Income generation support – Part time

We are seeking a proactive Income generation support  to assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of events, ensuring smooth execution and a positive experience for all participants. This role is ideal for someone with charisma, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for event management in the nonprofit sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organising, and delivering fundraising and awareness events.

  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue bookings, catering, equipment, and volunteer management.

  • Support event promotion through social media, email campaigns, and outreach efforts.

  • Handle event administration, such as managing guest lists, processing registrations, and responding to inquiries.

  • Liaise with sponsors, donors, and key stakeholders to enhance event success.

  • Provide hands-on support during events, including setup, registration, and attendee engagement.

  • Assist in post-event evaluations, feedback collection, and reporting.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in event coordination, administration, or a similar role (charity/nonprofit experience is a plus).

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.

  • Passion for the charity sector and commitment to the organisations mission.
