GraniteMann is the only off road Triathlon in the Isle of Man, and is this year supported by ATLA Group.

Located at Cringle in the South of the Island, the swim will take place in the reservoir over a 400m course, followed by a 10km mountain bike ride and the final element will be a 5km scenic trail run, both cycle and run using the awesome tracks in the plantation.

The event is open to individuals attempting to complete either individually or in a team.

Following the popularity if the last couple of years, and in the hope to extend to as many as possible, we will once again be offering the opportunity to enter just the cycle and run element of the challenge.

Triathlon - you can enter all 3 disciplines either as an individual or a team of up to 3
Duathlon - option to enter the cycle and the run only, either as an individual or team of 2

The entry fee remains the same as in previous years at £40 per person or £80 per team (Triathlon) and £25 per person and team £50 per team (Duathlon) We are restricted to 50 teams and places will be given on a first come, first served basis.
