Make you own Needle felted Gonk.

Come and lose yourself in woolly creativity with us in the wonderful surroundings of the The Children’s Centre farm.

In this fun workshop, you will be guided through the fabulous process of needle felting with our resident crafting expert Annie Eastham. You will be making your very own little quirky Gonk also known as Tomte, Ideal for the festive period. Annie will teach you all the skills you need to create this and also give you some background on this Scandinavian tradition. Annie will be using wool from our very own sheep here at the farm as well as naturally dyed wool from nearby farms here in the Isle of Man.

Tea, Coffee and cake provided.

*Moderate skill level, use of very sharp needle (previous experience in needle felting is beneficial but not essential)

All funds raised from this workshop will go directly to help provide our charitable services for children and families on the island.
