Local independent charity The Children's Centre is pleased to announce the appointment of two new Trustees to the Charity.

Local independent charity The Children's Centre is pleased to announce the appointment of two new Trustees to the Charity, Andrew Johnston and Anthony Page, and to announce the retirement of Jonathan Hall and Findlay Macleod.
Andrew Johnston is a qualified solicitor with over 30 years of experience in the private and financial sectors in both the UK and Isle of Man. Andrew's background is wide ranging, including childcare and protection matters when in private practice. Anthony Page has worked within the offshore fiduciary industry for over 15 years and brings with him a wealth of financial services experience.

Retiring Trustee Jonathan Hall is one of the longest standing Board Members after joining in 2005 and Findlay MacLeod was appointed in 2009.

Speaking of the changes to the Board of Trustees, Chairman Mike Gardner said 'I am very grateful to Jonathan and Findlay for their hard work and dedication to the Charity. They have made an enormous contribution over many years and their wise counsel has always been invaluable.

Mr Gardner added 'As we look forward to celebrating The Children's Centre 150th Anniversary next year, the Trustees and I are delighted to welcome Andrew & Anthony to the Board of Trustees. They bring significant energy and experience in areas that are important to the delivery of our charitable objectives, fortifying the next 150 years of The Children's Centre'.
