This hugely popular triathlon will be held on Sunday 22nd September 2019 and we are delighted that local accountancy firm Browne Craine & Co will be sponsoring the event this year.

The event is open to individuals attempting to complete all three disciplines on their own or to teams of up to 3 people. We are restricted to 40 teams and places will be given on a first come, first served basis. Prizes will be awarded to the grittiest (1st) male, the courageous (1st) female in the individuals; and to the fearless 1st in the mixed team, ladies team and men's team events. The sponsorship challenge is for you/ your team to raise as much as you can for children, young people and families in the Isle of Man.

Located at Cringle, the swim will take place in the reservoir over a 400m course, followed by a 10k bike ride using the awesome trails around the plantation. The final element will a 5km scenic run using the tracks in the plantation
